Conditions — Know the Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and MCW Logo ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the MCW Logo website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

MCW Logo operates as an online gaming platform offering casino games, lottery draws, virtual sports, fishing games, and related services to players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are accessible via the website at mcw-logo.net and through the official MCW Logo mobile application.

These Terms apply to all users of the MCW Logo platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the MCW Logo app. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

To register and use MCW Logo, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. MCW Logo does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from MCW Logo or any affiliated platform.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of MCW Logo staff are not eligible to hold player accounts.

MCW Logo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

To access the full range of MCW Logo services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

• One account only: Each person may hold only one MCW Logo account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate details: Your name, date of birth, and contact information must match your official identification documents.
• Password security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Account activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify MCW Logo support immediately.

MCW Logo may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. This process may involve submitting a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification.

MCW Logo accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by MCW Logo.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the Finance / Wallet page and may vary by payment method.
• Processing time: Most deposits are credited to your MCW Logo account within 15 minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Your own funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• No credit: MCW Logo does not offer credit facilities. You may only play with funds that have been successfully deposited into your account.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits. MCW Logo does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered in your name, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account.

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is listed on the Finance / Wallet page.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• Verification requirement: MCW Logo may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Wagering requirements: Funds derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in your account settings.

MCW Logo reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

MCW Logo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms listed on the Bonus page as well as the general bonus rules outlined here.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The multiplier varies by promotion.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Eligibility: MCW Logo reserves the right to determine which players are eligible for any given promotion. Bonuses are non-transferable.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers, or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.

All games available on MCW Logo — including casino games, lottery draws, virtual sports, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

• RNG certification: All MCW Logo games use certified random number generators. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the platform or any player.
• Bets are final: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical error that affects a game outcome, MCW Logo reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Disconnection: MCW Logo is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnection or device failure on the player's side during a game session.
• Lottery draws: Lottery results are final once the draw has been completed. No claims will be accepted after the results have been published.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MCW Logo. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for any purpose, including bonus farming.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents, or any other deceptive means to fund or operate an account.
• Money laundering: Using MCW Logo to process, conceal, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Exploitation of bugs: Deliberately exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing MCW Logo staff or other players through any communication channel.

MCW Logo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting MCW Logo support. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been resolved.

MCW Logo collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

• Data security: All personal and financial data is encrypted using SSL technology and stored on secure servers.
• No third-party sales: MCW Logo does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Any reliance on information published on the MCW Logo platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate

MCW Logo's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MCW Logo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the MCW Logo platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
